Voice Lessons at Chris K Music is unique, allowing students to choose, study, and sing the music of their choice.  We use a variety of different genres of music to help voice students discover, explore, create, and understand their voice and music. We focus on many important aspects of voice, including music theory, sight singing, ear (aural) training, rhythm, melodies, harmonies, and key shifting (transposition). For more advanced students, emphasis is placed on breathing technique, vocal placement, and stage presence. Voice lessons are a great addition to any training the student is receiving at school as well as preparing for auditions, performances, and vocal competitions.

Voice Lessons are customized according to each students’ needs and desires, making the learning experience unique for all students. We use a combination of method books and customized material to help all students explore, learn, and grow as musicians and individuals.  Our strong foundation in reading music helps builds successful musicians  for any music program or ensemble.

We also offer great tricks and tips to help vocalists in every musical setting.
