Praise Team and Music Ministry Consultation with Chris K Music offers local church music ministries an opportunity to grow spiritually and musically, with respect to each individuals worship style.  We offer services as a Praise Team Consultant and Facilitator, Music Lessons, Group Lessons, and Specialized Clinics.  Whether your ministry requires assistance with music ministry planning, problem solving, or leadership development, a consulting/mentoring arrangement can be custom fit to suit your music ministry needs. 

Chris Keniley of Chris K Music offers a unique perspective and teaching experience with musicians of all ages and music ensembles.  His innovative and nurturing method of teaching music allows veteran and up-an-coming musicians grow in musical concepts and faith. Keniley also offers experience leading and facilitating worship services. Most recently he has worked with praise and worship teams at LifePointe and First General Baptist Churches in Mattoon.  Current projects include directing and arranging music for the St. John’s Lutheran School Kid’s Combo,  Middle School Praise Team, and Instrumental Praise Combo.

Consulting arrangements may include ongoing partnerships or one day consulting setups. Many churches enlist the services of consultants not only for their valuable expertise, but also becuase it’s economical. Especially in an ongoing consulting relationship, it’s like adding a stafff member without paying a full-time salary and benefits.

Keniley is the owner of Chris K Music, which offers a variety of music lessons. He is also the instrumental music instructor and band director at St. John’s Lutheran School in Mattoon, and an active Vic Firth music educator.
